Welcome to TechTriad's new simplified Help Desk. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track the progress and responses online. This helps us keep track of your request and makes sure the work is done quickly and on time.

Submitting a ticket is easy - here's how you do it:

  1. Use a valid email address or we cannot reply to you - there is no registration required
  2. Provide a clear description of what you need help with or what's wrong (you can attach one file per entry up to 10Mb)
  3. Ask us questions - we like questions and provide answers
  4. Update the same ticket if you have more information or the situation changes; don't open multiple tickets for the same issue
